Besides that, it's very important for us to see, feel, measure, and spec out the precise space we'd be working on. This allows us to discover everything we need to know in order to get you a well-designed and accurately priced job proposal.

Design/Propose

Refine
Once the overall design and price point are agreed upon, we move on to finish selections. S.M. Klase Custom Homes is truly custom when it comes to our work. We put you in the driver's seat for making finish selections that fit within your budget. We work closely with our clients through this process, ensuring that your final product is just as you want it.

Construct
If necessary, we'll handle all required permitting. Once that's taken care of, we sync up our calendars and get underway! Throughout the process of construction, we work diligently to keep your home clean, safe, and mitigate any downtime or disruptions to the normal rhythms of your life. It can be tricky, but in the end, it's all worth it!

Thrive
The project is now complete. Your house is back to normal. There's no more loud noises, no more carpenters in your house, and that anxious feeling you carried throughout the project is now gone.
